How much will delivery cost for my order?

Our default shipping agent is USPS and your shipping cost is calculated on-line using USPS shipping module, using the our negotiated discounted rates. Our USPS online quotes are estimates based on weight and volume calculations. We reserve the right to change the shipping charges. If this occurs you will be contacted for approval before your order is processed.

Orders are shipped from our central warehouse in Springfield, Arkansas. We currently ship ground courier to all 50 states and US territories. takes no responsibility for any loss, damages, or delay that may occur. Similarly, we must be notified should additional insurance be required. Without notification we ship products without insurance.

We currently do not require orders to be signed when delivered. However should customers want the signature required option, a fee of $1.50 will be charged by USPS.


Please note that in all instances where payment is required, a copy of the invoice will be forwarded with receipt for payment.



What are the expected delivery times?

Delivery using regular post generally takes between 2 - 10 business days to arrive depending on your zip code and location. If your zip code is in a metro area, deliveries may be received within 5 working days. If your zip code is in a regional area, deliveries may be received within 10 working days.  

Delivery using express post generally takes between 1 - 3 business days to arrive depending on where you live.  

Once the receives your order online, your item/s will be shipped within 1-3 business days. We will notify you of shipment and give you a tracking number by email. 

Delivery times may vary. Delivery is also subject to stock availability. Weekends and Public holidays may delay delivery. will notify you within 48 hours if an item you have ordered is out of stock which may affect your delivery time.

Customers will also be notified within 48 hours if your order cannot be fulfilled for some reason. accepts international orders from all countries outside USA which are services by USPS.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be satisfied with the products that you purchase. This is why we ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify us at within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.

Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches may vary slightly in texture or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.

To claim a refund or exchange, please contact us at or 813-596-4796  before returning any products. If returning because you’ve changed your mind, we will only accept products in their original condition and packaging.

After returns are received in full, will reimburse the value of the returned products within 15 days. Customers will be responsible for delivery charges unless the products are faulty.
