Ingredients list to make orange soap with turmeric powder using hot process soap

This post is for advanced soap makers who have experience in Crock-Pot hot process and know how to safely work with lye.

Mix oil and lye solution with a stick blender until just before a thick trace and add 2 teaspoons of turmeric powder (previously diluted in 1 tablespoon of warm water). Continue to mix until thick trace. 

Put the lid on the Crock-Pot and allow the soap to start cooking. Then follow your usual Crock-Pot hot process.
